Regal Christmas tradition with the KWO Balthasar Smoker, 22 cm
KWO Balthasar Smoker, 22 cm – a richly detailed Wise Man
The KWO Balthasar Smoker, 22 cm portrays Balthasar, one of the Three Wise Men, with a distinctive character and an elegant festive appearance. A magnificent golden crown decorated with small red accents sits above his friendly face. His expressive eyes, rounded wooden nose and wonderfully full white beard give this traditional German Christmas figure the unmistakable charm associated with KWO craftsmanship from the Ore Mountains.
Balthasar wears a dark jacket over an olive-green robe, both colourfully stained so that the natural grain of the wood remains beautifully visible. In one hand he carries a long pipe with a carefully shaped wooden bowl. In the other, he presents an ornate gift featuring golden details, wooden spheres, cords and decorative elements. Black boots, a golden hem and the natural wooden base complete the harmonious composition.
Authentic Ore Mountain craftsmanship made in Germany
The KWO Balthasar Smoker, 22 cm is handcrafted in Olbernhau in Germany’s Erzgebirge, or Ore Mountains, and belongs to the distinctive KWO “Die Bärtigen” collection. Made from native woods including maple, beech, alder, ash, spruce, lime and pine, the figure measures 10 x 22 x 9 cm. Its classic design and colourfully stained surfaces highlight the character of the wood while giving Balthasar his refined appearance.
