Traditional Christmas charm with the Schwibbogen Seiffen Village with Carol Singers, 50 cm by SEIFFEN.COM
A beautifully detailed Seiffen village scene for Christmas
The Schwibbogen Seiffen Village with Carol Singers, 50 cm by SEIFFEN.COM captures the peaceful atmosphere of Christmas in Germany’s Ore Mountains. At the centre stands the distinctive Seiffen Church with its octagonal shape and dark roof, surrounded by charming wooden houses. Traditional carol singers wearing long coats and hats gather throughout the village, holding their songbooks as if performing familiar Christmas melodies. Delicate conifers and finely crafted wood-shaving trees complete this enchanting winter scene.
A particularly striking wood-shaving tree stands beside the church, displaying the intricate curls associated with traditional Erzgebirge woodcraft. Above the village rises the elegant curved arch with seven evenly positioned electric candles. Their warm light beautifully illuminates the natural wood and creates a welcoming atmosphere throughout Advent and Christmas.
