Craft Kit & Smoking Man Snowman with Broom – Traditional German Christmas Crafting
Create your own charming Ore Mountain Christmas figure
The Craft Kit & Smoking Man Snowman with Broom brings traditional German Christmas craftsmanship into your home while giving you the pleasure of creating something yourself. Eleven unfinished wooden components are supplied in the set, ready for assembly and individual decoration. Natural wooden spheres form the snowman’s body, head and arms, complemented by his distinctive black top hat, traditional broom and smaller details. The illustration on the packaging provides inspiration for the finished figure, showing a cheerful snowman with a white body, red nose and scarf, black buttons and classic hat.
Once completed, the figure measures a compact 4 x 11 x 4 cm. Its traditional design makes it an attractive addition to a windowsill, shelf or festive Christmas display during Advent.
Authentic Ore Mountain craftsmanship using native German woods
The Craft Kit & Smoking Man Snowman with Broom is produced by SEIFFENcom by Nestler GmbH in Olbernhau, in Germany’s Ore Mountains. The eleven unfinished components use native woods including maple, beech, alder, ash, spruce, lime and pine. Made in Germany, the set reflects the region’s long-established tradition of wooden folk art and skilled craftsmanship.
Weighing only 0.058 kg, the kit is easy to handle while crafting. Its unfinished natural wooden surfaces provide plenty of scope for creativity, allowing you to choose colours and personalise decorative details. The black top hat already creates a characteristic contrast with the natural wood.
A creative German Christmas gift to make and enjoy
Once assembled, the Craft Kit & Smoking Man Snowman with Broom becomes a functional German incense smoker suitable for small 15 mm incense cones. It combines hands-on crafting with a traditional Christmas decoration that can be enjoyed throughout Advent.
The Craft Kit & Smoking Man Snowman with Broom is also an engaging learning project, offering a practical introduction to traditional Ore Mountain woodcraft. Whether chosen as a creative Christmas gift or enjoyed as your own seasonal project, it encourages making, painting and discovering German folk-art traditions. Bring the Craft Kit & Smoking Man Snowman with Broom into your home and create a personal piece of authentic Erzgebirge Christmas craftsmanship.
